Account Access

I want to change my email address. How can I do it?

Reach out to support@solcast.com and we can assist you.

In most circumstances, we recommend that you create a new account with your new email address and make a request from your old email address to delete the account.

In scenario’s where you want to transfer the plan access to another account, please contact support, and we can update which account has access to the plan.

Help, I’ve signed up but now I keep receiving “Login details are invalid or account does not exist”

There are two potential reasons for this message. Either the email account entered is incorrect, or there are too many password attemps for the email account entered.

First, please check the email address entered is correct, and if it is, please reach out to support@solcast.com and we’ll be able to unlock your account.

Billing

If you would like to update the billing address on the account, or would like the billing address to appear on the Stripe invoice.

Please contact support@solcast.com with the new billing address you would like it changed.

If you would like the billing email updated on the account

Please contact support@solcast.com from the existing email, and we will guide you through the process to update the billing email.

Password Resets

I have forgotten my password. How do I log in?

Just click the 'Forgot your password' button at the login page to reset your password. You can also contact support@solcast.com to assist you.

API key

Can I have more than one API key for each department in my company?

Unfortunately not. At this stage, an API key can only be created per user account.

Note: You can add in content for internal only, by putting this orange background on the text, which is visible in the Notion page, but not in the published Super Page. This is a bit of a hacky workaround, but might be useful!
