Frequently Asked Questions

What regions are available within the Historical Forecast API?

Currently the historical forecast API is only available for North America and Europe.

If you receive an error that the latitude and longitude within your query is not the North America or Europe region, it is likely that the specified location is not available for the historical forecast API.

If you would like Historical Forecast for regions outside of North America and Europe, please reach out to support@solcast.com requesting historical forecast data. You will need to pre-fill a document which support will send out and once filled and returned, our modelling team will assist in gathering the data.
